Burnout affects more women than men, and can be described as the brain and body’s response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stress. It can feel like overwhelming exhaustion, cynicism and detachment from your job, and a sense of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment.
That’s just a scientific way of saying burnout can make your life feel like crap… Maybe even a little hopeless.

This retreat runs for 3 days and 2 nights, and includes 3 meals a day, private or shared bedroom accommodations (please contact us for pricing). It will also offer healing workshops and containers for conversation, along with generous amounts of downtime to rest to bask in the experience of being cared for.
